This is a 21-day programme where you learn to eat in a balanced way together with a supportive group. Every day I will be present in the group chat to answer questions, help adjust your meals, and keep you motivated.

Yes! The philosophy of the marathon is to teach flexible nutrition without strict restrictions. You will be able to enjoy your favorite foods, just in a balanced and mindful way.

Marathons take place monthly. The next start is January 15, 2025. Spots are limited (up to 15 participants), so it is better to sign up in advance.
