Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 26, 2025

1. Who we are

The website pronutritioncoach.com (the “Site”) is operated by Pro Nutrition Coach (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains what data we may collect, why we use it, and what rights you may have.

2. What data we collect

2.1. Data you submit via forms

The Site includes forms to apply for:

  • a consultation;
  • ongoing coaching/support;
  • a marathon/program.

Depending on the form, you may provide:

  • phone number;
  • Telegram username/contact;
  • Instagram username;
  • email;
  • age;
  • sex/gender;
  • weight and height;
  • goal (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, wellbeing, etc.);
  • additional text/comment.

We do not create user accounts and do not use login/password on the Site.

2.2. Challenge (seasonal challenge), codes, and the “tree”

The Site may include a Challenge page (a seasonal challenge, for example 2 months). During participation we may:

  • store your phone number (to identify participation and provide access to your results/tree);
  • generate a personal invite code that you can share with others;
  • record relationships of who joined using whose code, forming a referral tree and season statistics;
  • display an interactive map/tree with participant nodes.

Display of nicknames/names in the tree

The tree may display:

  • Telegram and/or Instagram username — only if you gave consent to show these data;
  • if there is no consent — we may show a neutral node (e.g., a circle with initials and a name, or only a name without contacts).

Access to “your tree”

Using your code, you may view:

  • people who joined using your code (for the first level we may show more details depending on the season settings);
  • deeper structure of the tree — without personal data of other users (nodes/links only).

We use these data to run the Challenge, produce statistics, motivate participants, and display season progress.

2.3. Analytics and technical data

To understand how the Site works, we may use:

  • Google Analytics;
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

These tools may collect technical data such as IP address (within the providers’ settings), device/browser type, pages you visit, visit time, events/clicks, etc.

2.4. Cookies

Cookies are used for analytics and basic convenience (for example, remembering cookie consent).

3. Why we use data

We use data to:

  • process your requests and applications for services/marathon;
  • contact you in a convenient channel;
  • run and administer the Challenge (codes, tree, season statistics);
  • improve the Site, content, and application funnel;
  • measure marketing effectiveness (analytics/pixels).

Depending on the context, we process data based on:

  • your consent (for example, submitting a form/participating in the Challenge/accepting cookies);
  • necessity to respond to your request;
  • legitimate interests (analytics to improve the Site), where permitted by applicable law.

5. Who we share data with

We may share data only to the extent necessary to run the Site and communicate with you:

  • analytics providers (Google, Meta);
  • services that support forms/hosting/infrastructure (as needed).

We do not sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as necessary to:

  • process your request and follow-up communication;
  • run the Challenge and summarize season statistics;
  • comply with legal obligations (if any).

If you want us to delete your data, contact us (see section 9).

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • correct/update data;
  • request deletion;
  • withdraw consent (including for showing nicknames in the tree);
  • object to processing (including analytics);
  • receive a copy of your data.

8. International transfers

Analytics providers may process data on servers outside your country. We rely on the standard transfer mechanisms offered by these providers.

9. How to contact us

To ask a question about this Policy or to request access/deletion, contact us via the Site contact form or the channel you provided (Telegram/Instagram/email).

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
